When actually you are taking say100,000 unemployed and 25,000 boomers who retire, and If they replace those retirees and they of course do not enter the job market after their retirement, that 25,000 jobs open up to the 100,000 unemployed. the numbers show 50,000 folks back to work or not searching. And then they report the sad news on the need to increase taxes becasue there are 45,000,000 now dependent on the Government for a check every month. so the Boomers are counted twice and even three times, when added to the medicare rolls.
